Next to Jaime Reyes, Kate Kane is the very best character DC's come up with in a decade, with what is far and away my favorite visual design among the entire Bat Family. She more than deserved a spot in my Third Edition Core Set. I don't think she's quite a 7-stat character. The dual 6s are more befitting her skillset and military background. The IA is a bit experimental. Can't wait to find out how it does in playtesting.
