This is Kurt's card from the Marvels expansion, slightly modified.  I thought about changing it to say Universe card instead of Tactic card, because the original intent was that it would force your opponent to discard an Artifact card either placed on in play.  And I've recategorized Artifacts as Universe cards in OP3.  But honestly, I like it better this way.  For both flavor and mechanical reasons.  It breaks up your opponent's tactics, and deals with Teamwork cards now, which are much more prevalent in the game than Artifact cards.
