Power Girl was a really tricky character to figure out for this game, especially in terms of Identity. Do I go with Karen Starr, which was her alias for a long time, or her real name, which might be confused with Supergirl's? I settled on Kara Zor-L because of how readily she's embraced her true origin as Superman's cousin from Earth-2. In Superman's case, Clark Kent is who he is. He was raised on Earth by human parents. And Supergirl doesn't have any identity other than her own, because she was raised on Krypton and rejected the idea of trying to masquerade as human. In Power Girl's case, Karen Starr is now just an alias she uses. To herself, she's Kara Zor-L.
As for her stats, I dropped her Energy a bit in comparison to Superman and Supergirl to reflect that Earth-2 characters are a bit less powerful. And her Intellect is one up on Supergirl because she's actually smarter than people give her credit for, being a competent businesswoman and something of a scientist.
